Marcus Delacor has founded euphorum and created the European Career Portal. He systematically analyses the EPSO open competitions and develops the webbased learning plattform. As a researcher and project manager for several years he has been implementing training programmes for the Europeanisation of the public administration in EU accession countries. Marcus Delcor studied political sciences, sociology and social psychology. 
Daniel Butscher is active as a trainer on EPSO selection tests. He has a longstanding experience as a trainer in the private and the public sector in different European countries. Daniel Butscher studied sociology and psychology. 
Tanja Dünnfründ is active as a trainer on EPSO selection tests. She worked for The Coca-Cola Company in the area of strategic human resource development. For the Germany railway company Deutsche Bahn she acted as regional head of unit for human resource development and management. First professional experiences she gathered as junior consultant at A47-Consulting and as recruitment officer at Accenture. Tanja Dünnfründ has studied psychology and is an Associate Coach (DBVC). 
Stefan Friedrichs is active as a trainer on EPSO selection tests. As a consultant for public administrations for several years he has been training and coaching civil servants in different EU member states. Stefan Friedrichs graduated from university with a degree on Public Administration and a MBA focussing on strategy development and human resource development. 
Luisa Dressler acts as content manager. She supports euphorum in the development of different tests and learning material. She has been involved in different projects about the economic dimension of the European integration process. Luisa Dressler graduated from university with a MA in European Economics.
