Preparation on Assessment Centre for EPSO/AD/356+357/18
EPSO uses different instruments to assess candidates' general competencies in in the Assessment-Centre: Case study, group exercise, presentation and structured interview. Candidates of the AD generalist open competition (EPSO/AD/356/18) have also to pass the motivational interview. For a perfect preperation euphorum offers a class room training and alternatively a webbased online preparation.
What we would like to achieve with you
After the training you are very familiar with the EPSO instruments group exercise, presentation, structured interview and motivational interview and you know how to achieve as many points as possible to successfully pass the tests.
Maximum 8 persons can participate in the class room training. We will focus on your individual strengths and weaknesses You are also video recorded to receive concrete steps to improve your performance. The class room training takes place in Berlin and Brussels.

A preparation step by step
If dealing with all AC instruments during one day is too much for you, you will be able to prepare yourselve step by step. You prepare yourselve at home assisted by various material of us and combined with some coaching session. The key question is: By which behaviour you will gain most points during the different tests. Then, we jointly work on the improvement of your performnace. As a further advantadge there are no travel expenses for you. You will be perfectly prepared for the Assessment Centre.
